Disclaimer: What Setinsweet Tree Service Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use setinsweet.space. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Tree Crew

Setinsweet Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Setinsweet Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost, or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

Information for General Use

What you read here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one yard may not fit yours. Talk to a qualified provider about your situation.

About Prices

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices shift with the job, your location, the size of the tree, how easy it is to reach, and more. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

Anything we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood, and damaged structures. Do not take risks. Keep well back from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Setinsweet Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
