How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Setinsweet Tree Service wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Setinsweet Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
Still, let us know too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Setinsweet Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@setinsweet.space and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which can include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
